Kinna Homes is a real estate investment and development company that purchases properties directly from owners. We are not a real estate brokerage, and we do not act as your agent. We are not a law firm, lender, financial advisor, or title company. Nothing on the Sites is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and no agency, fiduciary, or attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the Sites or by any communication with us. For advice about your situation, consult your own attorney, tax professional, or financial advisor.
Content on the Sites is for general information only. Submitting a form, receiving a property review, or discussing terms does not create any obligation for us to purchase a property or for you to sell one. No offer, price, purchase, or closing date is binding on either party unless and until it is set out in a written purchase agreement signed by both parties. Any prices, timelines, or examples described on the Sites are illustrative and depend on the individual property.
In some transactions, Kinna Homes may assign its rights under a purchase agreement to a partner buyer. When applicable, this is disclosed in writing in the transaction documents.
When you submit information through the Sites, you represent that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are authorized to share it. You retain ownership of the information you submit; you grant us permission to use it to evaluate the property, communicate with you, and operate our business as described in our Privacy Policy.
By providing your contact information through the Sites, you consent to be contacted by phone, text message, and email about your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy and the Mobile Messaging Terms below. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of doing business with us, and you may opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts, or use the unsubscribe link in emails).
Kinna Homes offers a mobile text-messaging program (the "Program") to communicate with property owners who contact us — confirmations, follow-ups about your property inquiry, scheduling, and related updates.
The Sites and their content — including the Kinna Homes name, logo, text, graphics, and page designs — are owned by or licensed to Kinna Homes and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal use in considering a transaction with us; all other rights are reserved.
The Sites use third-party services (for example, form, scheduling, messaging, advertising, and analytics providers) and may link to third-party websites, including social media platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies. The Sites are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Google, TikTok, or any mobile carrier.
The Sites are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we work to keep information current, we do not warrant that the Sites will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinna Homes and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Sites. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Sites will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits either party's rights under a signed purchase agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of the use of the Sites will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Purchase agreements for specific properties may provide for the law and venue of the state where the property is located.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Sites after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
